Modern Island Night Promo Assets

I’m preparing the launch of “Island Night” for Saturday, 8 August 2026 at 7 pm and I need a full suite of branded promo material that keeps the look fresh, modern and unmistakably tropical. All files must follow the font and logo rules in our example folder.

Scope
• Digital: Facebook/Instagram post, Facebook/Instagram story, Facebook event cover (1200×628 px) and a Digiscreen (1920×1080 px).
• Print: A5, A4, A2 (+5 mm bleed) and A0 (+5 mm bleed).

Key content to weave into every layout
– Event date & time (Sat 8 Aug 2026 · 7 pm)
– DJ set featuring island jams/New Zealand island artists
– Free entry plus drink specials and spot-prize vouchers

Animation request
The Digiscreen, FB post and FB story should feature dynamic motion—think energetic yet polished transitions that catch the eye without feeling gimmicky.

Deliverables
1. Static artwork in ready-to-print PDF and layered source files (Ai, PSD or similar)
2. Optimised static PNG/JPG for all digital sizes
3. Animated MP4/ MOV for Digiscreen and social (15 s max), plus editable project files
4. A quick style guide summarising colours, fonts and layout rules you use so future updates stay on brand.

Acceptance criteria
• Correct dimensions and bleed settings
• Visual style matches our “modern tropical resort” brief
• All mandatory text present and legible on every asset
• Smooth, dynamic motion on animated versions compatible with generic digiscreen players and social upload limits
• Final files delivered via shared drive with clear naming
