Bespoke Wood-Fired Mobile Sauna – Built in Dorset
Dear Reader,
I hope this letter finds you well.
My name is Sam Jaycock, and I’ve recently completed building a bespoke wood-fired mobile sauna at my workshop in the Isle of Purbeck, Dorset. Designed and constructed to a professional standard, the sauna is built using sustainably sourced materials and mounted on a road-legal trailer for full mobility.
The unit is heated by a premium HUUM wood-fired stove and features interior cladding of thermally modified poplar. A two-tier bench made from thermally modified ash comfortably seats 5–6 people. It also includes a roof-mounted solar panel and 12V electrical system, making it ideal for off-grid use.
I’ve attached photos and a more detailed description for your interest. Please feel free to share this with anyone who might be interested.
If you have any questions or would like to know more, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Warm regards,
Sam Jaycock
