I'm in need of passionate and active social media talent scouts specifically from the Middle East region. You must be a resident of the Middle East and fluent in the local language. Your main responsibilities will be to identify potential talents on Instagram and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scout potential talents on Instagram and TikTok
- Use your local knowledge and language skills to identify promising individuals
- Assess the quality of the content
- Analyze the number of followers and the engagement with their audience
- Experience with TikTok live is a plus
Ideal Candidates:
- Must be a resident of the Middle East
- Fluent in the local language
- Active and well-versed in Instagram and TikTok
- A strong understanding of social media trends
- Good eye for potential talents
- Previous experience in talent scouting is a plus

10-20 Social Media Talent Scouts are needed in each country.
Salary about Social Media Talent Scouts will be negotiated with me directly, Salary depends on his contribution of the work, up to 10K $ if good result.
