Meta Ads Specialist for Multi-Business Marketing

Role: Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook + Instagram campaigns)
-Start Date: Approx. 2 months from now
-Commitment: Monthly contract (long-term preferred)-Scope:Create ad campaigns+ optimise them 1–2x per week-Leads: You track results; we handle lead outreach
-Language: No Slovenian needed– we handle communication (but it is an advantage)
Clients: Multiple businesses monthly (volume will grow)
Pay: Monthly per client 50€-150€ (more clients = more pay)

My name is Alina, and I’m looking for a meta ads specialist freelancer interested a potential collaboration. In approximately two months, my colleague and I will be launching a marketing agency focused on helping businesses attract clients and seize growth opportunities.
We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to work with us on a (monthly) contract basis. Your primary responsibilities would include creating facebook and instagram ad campaigns and optimising them 1–2 times per week as well as keeping track of the acquired leads (the reach out to the leads will be done by us). We are looking for someone interested in creating ads and ad campaigns for multiple businesses each month as we will eventually have more than one client. As we sign more clients, the workload will increase accordingly, and you will be compensated separately for each client’s ad campaigns.
The main challenge will be the language barrier, as our agency is based in Slovenia, and we will be working with Slovenian-speaking clients. While this does not affect ad optimization, it does mean that if our clients do not speak english, every question you might have about their business will be answered in a call/ chat where we will be present. As for the reach out to the generated leads and the creation of ads itself, we will be responsible for that.
You do not need to speak Slovenian, but we are looking for an open-minded, adaptable individual who is comfortable navigating new challenges and is fluent in english. This is intended to be a long-term collaboration, as ad creation and updates will be required on a monthly basis for an indefinite period however you will not be bound by any long term commitment and will be paid on contract monthly basis. We are seeking someone interested in growing with us so if you’re only available for a short period of time, this might not be the right fit.
