Marketing and social media assistant needed

We are a beauty company currently sold mainly in a local store in Benin, Africa and we are looking to find a Marketing and social media assistant to help with the following:

Offline Marketing
-Create strategy and supervise implementation
-Help with planning launch events
-Research and help coordinate seasonal store displays
- Create & Manage unique OOH adverts

Social Media Management (FB, IG, tiktok)
-Create content calendar
- Oversee content creation with local team
-Publish posts, lives, stories and answer to comments
- Create and manage social ads
-Reach out to influencers

Requirements
Bilingual ideal ( english ,french)
Experience in social media management
Experience in traditional marketing

Rate is per month
