Marketing/influencer

I'm looking to hire someone to help me with my marketing/influencer campaign. The target audience is parents of adolescents. My focus is on social media marketing, in particular leveraging industry experts as influencers with whom we can collaborate. This person should have a sound knowledge and understanding of social media marketing and the ability to secure relationships with the specified influencers. I am starting to write a guide for parents, and need to build my platform, create videos, articles, a newsletter, follow other authors in the mental health field and possibly begin public speaking events, combining my unique position as a middle school teacher, and a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, serving schools, pediatricians, mental health agencies, and parent blogs and support groups. Interest in mental health would be a tremendous plus!
