Marketing on google and social media

We're a uniform company with headquarters based in Dubai, UAE.
In terms of marketing, we are on google my business and ads as well but constantly receiving unwanted calls that don't mean business. I need someone who can make our investments (within budget range) worth and target potential clients across UAE.
We also have a social media account on Instagram which has been very basic and untouched for a long time.
I'm open to invest (within budget range) on social media platforms to forecast more clients.
Should be able to create modern and worthy posts.
