Marketing Coordinator
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
About us:
I operate a business focused on helping people and organizations reach their potential. I provide coaching services to companies large and small. I have a number of current clients and am looking to grow the business.
I'm looking for a marketing coordinator to complete projects that are anticipated to require on average approximately 5 hours per week. The work will include the following:
- Manage LinkedIn marketing, including Sales Navigator and regular postings and messaging
- Manage a HubSpot mailing list and email campaigns
- Management of other social media, including Youtube, Facebook, IG (I leverage HootSuite)
-Manage greeting card campaign (outsourced mail provider)
-Help market webinars periodically
- the business changes rapidly, so duties will change as we grow
I am also looking for someone who will bring ideas to the table, I am open minded about suggestions!
Skills required:
- Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Strong LinkedIn experience, Sales Navigator preferred
- Experience in Hubspot (preferred) or experience in a similar CRM
- Content writing is a plus
- Social media experience
The hours per week will vary, but I target an average of 5.
