My name is Martin and I am the owner of a newly established social media marketing agency focusing on health & wellness industry.
I am looking to work with an individual on a on-demand basis at the beginning since we don’t currently have any clients. The plan is a permanent hire once we start to grow but for now I will need your help only once we sign our first client.
I am looking for someone who has a vast experience with a proven track record in running Facebook and Google ads. You need to be reliable, take your job seriously and be able to run profitable ads. You should be a creative individual who is able to prepare attention-grabbing visuals and write grammatically correct, exciting ad copy.
PRIORITY FOR THOSE WHO ALREADY POSSESS EXPERIENCE IN RUNNING ADS IN THE HEALTH & WELLNESS INDUSTRY, WHO CAN ALSO SHOW PROVE OF RESULTS!
Your communication skills and attention to details should be on a very high level. You should hold yourself to a very high standard.
Ideally, you will be in UK/European time zone for ease of communication.
As you can imagine, we will start with a very low salary however, once the business starts to grow and you’re providing consistent high quality work, we will renegotiate. Initial salary will be based on a percentage of the fee paid by each client and the amount of ad accounts you are managing.
