Manage social media channels for business

Looking to work with someone ongoing that will manage social media planning, posting, writing captions, being the voice of our brand via our socials....
We need someone who can analyse the data to identify trends and have knowledge of when to post, hashtags etc
Ideally we want this person to be able to work with us to create campaigns, drive sales, etc
