Manage an instagram account

I am looking for someone to manage my new Instagram account with the goal of generating sales or leads. The ideal candidate should be experienced in social media management and have a good understanding of Instagram's algorithm. The following skills and experience would be preferred:

- Knowledge of the latest Instagram trends and features
- Familiarity with Instagram analytics tools
- Ability to engage with followers and respond to comments and direct messages
- Understanding of how to use Instagram to drive traffic to a website or landing page

The focus of the account will be on both image and video posts, so experience in both areas is important. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a content calendar, posting regularly, and monitoring engagement and analytics. A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently is crucial.
