Luxury Travel Brand Growth Specialist - Social media content + community management

I need a skilled Digital Marketing Content Assistant to elevate our luxury travel brand, SBAE Travel, on Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Production: Assist in creating and optimizing content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Audience Engagement: Respond to comments/messages, manage community interactions, and grow our audience.
- Brand Collaboration: Help in monetizing through affiliate links and securing brand partnerships.
- implementing growth strategies to increase reach and attract new followers across all platforms

Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong content creation and optimization skills.
- Proficient in community management and audience engagement strategies.
- Experience with content creator or travel brands is a plus.

This is a 6-month paid project, with monthly compensation. Performance-based bonuses may be considered for achieving the following growth milestones within 6 months:

-10,000 followers on Instagram
-1,000 subscribers on YouTube
-10,000 followers on TikTok

6 month mission, paid between 20-30k per month
Performance bonus applicable
