Looking for a miracle Junior SMM manager/agency

Looking for a creative SMM Manager, who’ll help promote company's services using social media and different other digital channels.

You will be working in the team is a team with a non-toxic work environment. So we’d like an open-minded person to join. We do not have any bullshit tasks, bureaucracy, and official hierarchy.

Main goals:

Creation and implementation of an SMM strategy;
Content planning and creation;
Writing and formatting texts for publications;
Setting up, launching and analyzing advertising campaigns on Facebook and VK;
Planning advertising budgets;
Interaction with designers and copywriters.

We expect from the candidate:

0,5+ year of experience as an SMM manager;
1+ year of experience with targeting systems;
Understanding of marketing fundamentals, basic metrics;
Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics,
Knowledge of the algorithms and principles of social networks (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook ) ;
Experience in writing and designing posts.
Intermediate level of English
