Looking for a Social-Media-Manager

We are looking for a social media manager for our social media accounts. We are active in the field of fertility treatment (www.eizellspende.de) active and have been offering support to couples there for more than 20 years.
We have social media accounts in the following areas, some of them several (@eizellspende, @kiwumesse @fertilityshow)
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Twitter
- Pinterest
- TikTok
Your task is to create the posts (image and text), partly on your initiative. We also provide texts and videos, which only have to be published. We support you in your initiative; the posts are checked by us and changed if necessary.
Currently, we publish daily posts with the software "Onlypult," which will continue to be used.
Furthermore, an optimization of the hashtags is part of it.
The cooperation is set up for the long term
