Looking for a Marketing Specialist

I am running a small business online that has been doing well but I feel our social media presence needs a push. We would like an action plan on how to grow our social media presence. We need to reach the right customers, find their interests and showcase our products. We already have a website and online shop that are up and running as well as social media accounts on several channels.

What is needed is:

1-find interest of our customers so we can run successful ads on FB and Instagram
2-figure out how to grow our reach so our customers can see our page
3-find the right type of posts that our customers want to see
4-increase following on social media and convert it into sales
