Looking for Instagram & Facebook social media manager

I am running an urban farm for which we are looking for someone to handle our social media page. The complete work will include
1. Creating copy for the posts and stories
2. Designing of various graphics as per the branding guidelines of the brand
3. Scheduling and posting with relevant hashtags
4. Reporting on the traffic and growth of the brand
