Looking for an Expert in Social Media Managing and Advertising (Only Looking for experts in North America or Europe)

We are looking for someone in particular, which is why we have not hired anyone for the past 6 months. We are looking for someone that is good at what they do and is willing to invest in us for a short time. We require an expert, creative and unique Social Media Marketer that is fluent in English and well versed in Marketing/advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Google. Require a professional that is adept in knowing how to extend outreach, increase followers, comments, shares and likes. We are a startup, so we are not looking for big companies or individuals that have high budgets. We are looking for someone that is willing to grow with us and work with us for discounted rate until our growth becomes even more than what it is. We are looking to become the frontier in our niche market and require someone that is a genius in expanding our popularity. We need someone that is adept in increasing engagement, number of followers and traffic to our social media platform pages and website. We also work in EST time zone. Our budget on a monthly basis is between 100-150 dollars a month based on experience, however whatever accommodation the freelancer provides us with the price, we assure you we will return it 2-fold with clients that we acquire.
We require someone that has good knowledge and talent in real time marketing/advertising. This is a serious job inquiry, so please do not apply if English is not your first language. We will be screening all participants. We only need 1 more expert to add to our humble team of esteemed professionals. We are looking for someone to grow with us and work with us financially, as we are a start-up with domestic and International clients and have recently launched many different sectors. Please do not apply if you are looking to charge high amounts and not looking for a long term partnership. Our budget at the start is not that high, but once we gain more traction we guarantee that the price will increase and you will be well compensated down the road. We also require someone that also has very good designing skills and writing skills. And has the ability to create posts, stories, reels and videos and is well written! Someone that is also very loyal and trustable.
