LinkedIn Specialist/Recruiter
Budget: $3 – $10 USD
We are seeking a LinkedIn specialist/recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for directly marketing to individuals on LinkedIn who have worked in the tobacco selling industry. You will send direct messages to these individuals, review their resumes, and identify the best fit for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential candidates who have experience in the tobacco selling industry
Send personalized direct messages to these individuals, explaining our company and the opportunity we are offering
Review resumes and other relevant materials to determine the best fit for our company
Forward resumes of screened candidates to the appropriate team member
Requirements:
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and how to effectively use it for recruiting purposes
Experience in recruiting or sourcing candidates is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented and organized
Familiarity with the tobacco selling industry is a plus, but not required
