LinkedIn Social Media Manager Needed

I'm in need of a skilled social media manager to take control of my LinkedIn platform. Not only will this involve managing the platform, key tasks will also include:
- Content creation: Crafting engaging and professional content suited to my targeted audience - Adults between ages 25 to 44, Seniors 45+ and other professionals and executives.
- Audience engagement: Engaging directly with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a community atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing LinkedIn platforms and a stellar track record in content creation and audience engagement. Knowledge of LinkedIn's reporting and analytics would be a bonus, but not a mandatory requirement. This is for an executive of a healthcare industry.
