As the person partnering with us for this job, you will be responsible for building our company's LinkedIn presence from the ground up. We're prioritizing gaining a genuine following, with an ambitious goal of 5000 real followers within a few months.
Key Requirements:
* Establishing our LinkedIn page
* Creating and publishing diverse content including industry news and updates, employee highlights, and promotion of our products or services.
* Engaging with followers and growing our community
Ideal Skills:
* Proven track record in social media management, specifically LinkedIn
* Experience implementing growth strategies on LinkedIn
* Excellent communication and content creation skills
* Knowledge of LinkedIn analytics to measure page performance
Our focus will be on attracting potential clients and customers. Therefore, the ability to tailor content and engagement strategies towards this audience is essential. We are open to also expanding to Facebook and Instagram in the future, so experience with these platforms will be considered a plus.
