I'm seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee my LinkedIn account with a focus on generating leads. You should need to make weekly posts, with the goal of driving engagement and ultimately, generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Improve LinkedIn profile
- Developing and executing a content strategy focused on lead generation
- Posting content three times a week
- Increasing connections
- Monitoring and responding to engagement

Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly LinkedIn
- Strong content creation skills, specifically in writing LinkedIn posts using proper hashtags
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through LinkedIn
- Excellent communication
