Lift YouTube Shadow Ban

my youtube channel is in shadow ban now not getting any reach and impressions earlier i got 1 lakh plus impressions for the video now no views no impressions at all getting 1-2 views from subscribers and it is not suggesting my videos content is not a problem title thumbnail everything is good. in shorts i changed content and i got less views and then reach is stopped and i deleted shorts and again working on previous type but not getting any reach. I need a solution to fix this.
