Lead generation and digital marketing of stock market applications

Hello freelancers, we are financial services business who are looking to market our trading applications service around the world. As a first step, we are looking to generate leads through free eBook giveaway followed by organic or paid marketing through digital marketing and social media marketing.
At this stage, the eBook and a landing page are available which can be readily used. We are looking to start the lead generation process right away. Any recommendation to change/modify/update the landing page is welcome, such as inclusion of additional features in the landing page for creating more interest/stickiness among the visitors in the target marget.
I am looking for a reasonably comprehensive proposal from qualified freelancers with proven track record who could take us through the two major steps mentioned above, viz. lead generation and a period of digital and socia media marketing till we achieve certain number of leads and customers.
I am quoting an indicative budget at this stage, to get the ball rolling. But I would expect the proposal to contain a commercial offer which should have defined milestones for each of these two steps and associated sub-steps for the anticipated length of time required and the costs involved, either as a lumpsum or monthly.
