1. Need to be proactive in posting about our products and increase customer engagement through Facebook and Instagram.
2. Fetch orders organically in social media channels.
3. Discuss about pricing and products and achieve order conversion targets
4. Should be able to convince the customer to order the item at our offered price only
5. Organise social media events, engagement posts
6. Order management and customer relationship management
