We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage social media platforms, particularly Facebook groups and online communities, to source potential leads (buyers and sellers) for our real estate business.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in relevant Facebook groups and online communities related to real estate
Engage with prospects, build relationships, and gather property listing opportunities
Collaborate with the Listing Acquisition Specialist to convert leads into actual listings
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices for lead generation
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media lead generation, particularly in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective communities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
