Land Ads Posting Campaign
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m ready to hand off the entire listing process for fifty vacant-land parcels in Missouri, Illinois, Hawaii, and Arkansas. The goal is direct sales, so each ad must stay live and visible long enough to attract qualified buyers and prompt immediate inquiries.
Here’s the workflow I need you to run with:
• Write concise, benefits-driven copy for every parcel, highlighting acreage, access, utilities, and any owner-financing terms.
• Polish the photos I supply so they pop on feeds without looking over-edited.
• Publish to Facebook Marketplace, my curated buy-sell land groups (I’ll share the list), and any additional social channels you know convert. You’ll place each ad in the most relevant category or subgroup for that state.
• Track every post in a shared spreadsheet that captures headline, platform/group, post date, and the live URL.
• Start with five test ads; once they clear review and I confirm formatting, scale the same process to the remaining forty-five for consistent branding.
I already have titles, asking prices, and key features collected; you’ll transform that raw data into compelling, compliant listings. Familiarity with Facebook’s real-estate policies, land-investor lingo, and basic image-editing tools (Canva or similar) will help you move fast.
If you’ve successfully kept land ads live on Facebook before, especially across multiple states, let me know your approach to avoiding takedowns and the typical turnaround you can commit to for the first five posts.
