Über mich & meine Ziele
Ich bin Konrad, Gründer eines jungen Education-Unternehmens. Wir spezialisieren uns auf die Erstellung informativer Inhalte für Kursplattform wie Udemy & Co. in unterschiedlichen Sprachen und zu vielfältigen Themen.
Die Inhalte der Kurse beziehen sich hauptsächlich auf berufliche und „alltagstaugliche“ Soft Skills, Lernstrategien und Kommunikationstechniken. Ich möchte bewusst kein reißerisches Coaching-Business aufziehen, sondern intrinsisch motiviert Inhalte erstellen, die einen wirklichen Mehrwert bieten. Ich benötige nun Unterstützung, um diese Inhalte angemessen und erfolgreich zu vermarkten!.
Deine Aufgaben
- Promotion der Inhalte über diverse Online-Plattformen und soziale Medien (keine klaren Vorgaben, wir suchen uns einfach das, was am besten funktioniert!)
- Kreative Gestaltung von Marketing-Inhalten
- Mitarbeit an den Education-Formaten
Was du mitbringen solltest
- in erster Linie Motivation, gute Laune und Zuverlässigkeit
- ach ja, und ein bisschen Erfahrung im Online-Marketing wäre natürlich auch praktisch
Du merkst, alles ist sehr offen gehalten und mir geht es hauptsächlich eine angenehme Zusammenarbeit! Die Vergütung wäre ein Umsatz-Sharing-Modell, genaueres dazu erfährst du im persönlichen Kontakt. Am Ende möchte ich, dass beide Seiten von dieser Kooperation profitieren.

About me & my goals
I am Konrad, founder of a young education company. We specialize in creating informative content for course platforms such as Udemy & Co. in different languages and on a wide range of topics.
The content of the courses mainly relates to professional and “everyday” soft skills, learning strategies, and communication techniques. I deliberately do not want to set up a sensational coaching business, but rather create intrinsically motivated content that offers real added value. I now need support to market this content appropriately and successfully!
Your tasks
- Promoting the content via various online platforms and social media (no clear guidelines, we'll just find what works best!)
- Creative design of marketing content
- Collaboration on the education formats
What you should bring
- First and foremost, motivation, a good attitude, and reliability
- Oh, and a little experience in online marketing would also be useful, of course
