We’re seeking a hands-off, full-service social-media video specialist to deliver 8–10 Instagram Reels (15–30 seconds each) that dynamically showcase Gedema’s expertise—and then handle everything from editing through to live publishing and initial performance monitoring on our official Instagram account.

Scope of Work
• Reels Creation
• 8–10 vertical videos (9:16 aspect ratio; ≤30 sec each; H.264/MP4)
• Mix of live-action footage, motion-graphics, timelapses, and customer-testimonial snippets
• Themes: Security Systems, VoIP Telephony, Structured Cabling & Wi-Fi, Unified Communications, Project Management & Support
• Branded overlays, animated text, smooth transitions, and clear CTAs (e.g. “Discover more at gedema.com.cy”)
• Craft SEO-optimized captions and select/upload custom cover thumbnails
• Research & apply relevant hashtags and geotags for Cyprus B2B audiences
• Schedule posts at peak engagement times
• Manage upload directly to Gedema’s Instagram account (credentials provided)
• Monitor first 24 hours of performance; flag any major engagement trends or issues
• Deliverables
• Final Instagram-ready Reels and thumbnail assets
• Editable project files (.prproj, .aep, or equivalent)
• Mini style guide (fonts, colors, logo usage, motion presets)
• Post-launch performance summary (simple metrics report)
Ideal Freelancer
• Proven Instagram-Reels portfolio (B2B tech/security preferred)
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent)
• Strong grasp of social-media algorithms, caption writing, hashtag strategy, and post scheduling tools
• Comfortable managing client credentials and delivering live posts on behalf of the brand
