Instagram problems. boost and verification

My Instagram has been facing issues for a couple of months now. I cannot boost any pictures, and I can’t even send help reports to Instagram. When I boost a post it says that it has been done, when I refresh it’s gone. And it says I can’t connect to the Facebook oage because I created too many business accounts. I’m also trying to verify my account. Who can help me ?
