Instagram competition chooser for displaying on TV.

I would like a system to be displayed on TVs.
Guests at the restaurant or bar will be required to take pictures and tag the venue on the Instagram platform
The system would involve a TV screen display that showcases pictures taken by guests at your venue and tagged on the Instagram platform. Every hour, a picture would be randomly selected and displayed on the TV screen, with the chosen guest receiving a complimentary item off the menu. In between the hour, there would be a holding image that can be edited to show that there is a competition running, as well as a voice over and countdown before the next hour.
This system not only rewards and incentivizes guests to take and share pictures of their experience at your venue, but also serves as a form of marketing for your business as those pictures are shared on social media platforms such as Instagram. It is a simple and effective way to increase engagement and exposure for your venue.
I'd like it to be able to be adjustable. In terms of I can resell it to another business. They can upload their logo and images etc
