Instagram account manager

I am a travel photography enthusiast. I trek alpine and backpack across India. I have an Instagram account with 5k followers but I have not been consistent in posting for a long time because I work a day job. I wish to revive this account now.
What I want is for someone to make reels out of the existing footage I have. I will edit and provide photo images myself. I will also need the freelancer to increase engagement on Instagram.
Looking to hire and work with someone on a weekly / monthly basis.
