Ghost follower removal for instagram

I have 11,000 followers that the account has paid from 2017 to 2019.
Since 2019 the account has been in active for almost 5 years.
2017 to 2019 the account averaged about 50-70 likes per post, which wasn't the best but it at least seemed to be reaching some people.
Now that I start posting again from 2024 with a slightly different niche, it is only reaching about 30-50 followers from the 11,000 followers that I have, and accordingly, because of this issue by account is only getting a few likes per each post I put out.
I have gone through my own follower's list but it's hard to judge on which follower to remove and which follower to spare because I don't have many "obvious fake followers" on my account.
Meaning I don't have much followers with no profile pictures and following 5k people with only 3 followers, no bio and inactive for 2 years type of profiles.
There are many followers with private accounts on my profile but I don't know how to judge and discern correctly to only remove the fake followers off my list, as I have mentioned I don't have much "obviously fake" followers on my page.
