Instagram Posts for Website Traffic
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am looking for a social media expert who can take my source material from interviews with women working in nontraditional fields (architects, construction workers) or nontraditional roles (CEOs, business owners) and share what they overcame to get there, what it's like in that role, and who/what inspired them to take this path. Preferably snippets from videos and photos.
Basically, I'm looking for someone to create instagram posts, but I'd also like someone who can advise me on how to shape the project. I would like someone who is enthusiastic about the topic and willing to teach me how to get the types of source materials needed...such as get video at this size; capture of audio of them introducing themselves, etc.
This is ideal for someone who wants to lift up the remarkable progress of women and craft materials in a way that inspires and shines a light for upcoming generations. I have interviewed a tugboat captain, maintenance worker, and a firefighter; and I have a lot of additional connections in a wide range of fields.
Skills / Experience Required:
- Proven experience in social media marketing on Instagram and YouTube (open to other platforms)
- Content creation experience, particularly with informative/inspirational content; Must love to spin a good story.
- An understanding of Instagram algorithms and optimization strategies for increased engagement
- Strong copywriting skills to convey our message effectively
Expectations:
- Using my content, work together to develop the best strategy to build an online following. This would include selecting best platforms for distribution, crystallizing the message, selecting best format for source materials (video, interview transcripts, photographs, archival materials), creating the posts, etc.
- Regular creation and scheduling of Instagram posts to build following
- Monthly reporting on post engagement and website traffic generated through Instagram posts
- Continuous improvement of the strategy based on the performance metrics.
