Instagram Marketing (Only Organic Way)

My project involves Instagram marketing, and I am looking for someone to help me create content in an organic way. The primary focus of the content is videos but I would like to have a mix of photos, gifs, and other types of content as well. I also need help when it comes to choosing the right audiences to target. Specifically, I'm looking for someone with expertise in targeting people based on their interests.
