I'm having a event and need Advertising on Instagram. What i'm looking for is someone who can target a particular audience of followers who've attended an event similar to the one i'm about to do. I will supply you with my Advertisement Flyer and website for my event. I need to have the flyer DM'd or appear on the feed of a specific group of followers. I will provide a list of pages to target.
