Instagram DM Management for Holistic Health Coach

As a holistic health coach, I require an experienced professional to manage my Instagram DMs. The primary goal is to book consultations, and respond to a variety of incoming messages, predominantly from women facing health issues such as hormonal struggles, weight management, irregular periods, migraines, gut issues, and infertility.

Responsibilities:
- Primarily, the goal is to book consultations via DMs
- Respond to a variety of incoming messages, predominately from women with health issues
- Schedule consultations for queries that require more in-depth discussion or personal coaching
- Handle follow-up messages to clients about their booked consultations.
- Track and report DM metrics to analyze engagement and conversion rates.

Ideal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, with a professional and friendly tone
- Knowledge or interest in health, Ayurveda and Yoga, to answer preliminary queries
- Experience in managing social media DMs, particularly for service-oriented businesses
- Ability to identify potential clients and convert inquiries into consultations

The DM manager should prioritize clarity in their responses, as well as being knowledgeable in hormonal health, weight management, and gut health. They should also be able to handle preliminary queries about the potential client's current health struggles before scheduling a consultation.
