Instagram Influencer Marketing

I am looking for cracking a deal with IG influencers.
Niche: Pet

Requirements/Criteria for influencer

1) Followers 20K to 50K
2) Engagement rate must be 5%+
3) On commission basis - 10% - 15% per sale.
4) Free product to the influencer
5) if you find influencers 30k - 50k with an 8%+ engagement rate, then we are willing to pay $50 - $80 upfront + commission.

As you are already an expert, so please make sure IG should not have bot followers.

I am not looking for an influencer list, rather s/he agreed to promote my product.

I am looking for 3 IG influencers, but first I like to test the result of 1 influencer.
