Instagram Engagement Specialist Needed to Grow Football Account to 5,000 Followers (By July 31)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Instagram Engagement Specialist to help grow our football-focused Instagram account, @full90footballuae, to 5,000 followers by July 31, 2025.

Content posting is being handled separately. This role will focus exclusively on audience engagement, targeted following, and community interaction based on a clear daily plan.

Scope of Work:
Follow 50–70 targeted accounts daily (football fans, players, clubs, academies, especially in the UAE and globally)

Leave at least 20 high-quality, meaningful comments per day (no one-word or spammy comments)

Like 100 posts daily (targeting football, soccer, youth football niches)

Send 5–10 DMs daily to new followers or active users (simple thank-you messages, football-related conversations)

Reply to 10–20 Instagram Stories each day with natural reactions

Weekly activities:

Conduct two comment blitz sessions per week (spending 30 minutes commenting on trending football pages)

Reach out for potential shoutout swaps with similar football accounts

Suggest and assist with simple giveaways (e.g., football merchandise or training session vouchers)

Monitor and recommend opportunities for account collaborations or live sessions

Maintain a simple daily activity and follower growth log

Requirements:
Proven success in growing Instagram accounts organically (especially in sports, fitness, or community-based niches)

Strong written English skills (understanding football terminology and casual conversation style is preferred)

Deep understanding of Instagram best practices to ensure the account remains compliant

Availability for approximately one hour per day, split across morning, afternoon, and evening for natural engagement

Passion for football/soccer, or at least strong familiarity with the sport, is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific engagement guidelines consistently

End: Goal to reach 5,000 followers by July 31, 2025

Payment:
Milestone-based or monthly payment, open to proposals

A bonus will be awarded if the account reaches 5,000 followers ahead of schedule
