We’re looking for an Instagram growth expert to build and rapidly scale a crypto and finance-focused IG business account to 100,000+ followers, primarily from top-tier English-speaking countries like the USA.

Our client has a dedicated budget for paid advertising and wants to grow as fast as possible. We need someone who can execute high-converting strategies, drive engagement, and optimize content for virality.

Responsibilities:
Build and manage a high-performing Instagram business account
Develop and execute a fast-growth strategy to scale rapidly
Create and optimize viral content (Reels, carousels, and posts)
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns to drive targeted followers
Leverage hashtags, collaborations, and trending audio for maximum reach
Implement engagement strategies to boost visibility and follower retention

Qualifications:
Proven experience scaling IG accounts to 100k+ followers (preferably in finance/crypto)
Expertise in Instagram growth hacking, content strategy & paid advertising
Strong knowledge of Reels, algorithm trends & high-engagement content formats
Ability to analyze data, A/B test, and continuously optimize for maximum results
