FB and Insta Marketing

I am looking for a social media marketing expert who can help me increase sales or conversions through Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating successful ad campaigns and be able to target the age group of 18-24. The focus of the ads should be on images, so I need someone who can create visually appealing content that will capture the attention of my target audience.
