Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Growth and Marketing Guru to help develop and expand a newly launched cultural platform. The ideal candidate will engage with influencers, drive user acquisition, and create authentic cultural content to build a diverse user base and achieve platform growth. Strategy will be involved but the most important part is rolling up your sleeves and doing outreach. Having an eye for design is also a plus!

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with influencers on all Social Media Platforms who align with our brand ethos and target demographic.
- Develop and implement influencer campaigns focusing on lifestyle posts that authentically integrate our brand into the influencer's lifestyle content.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategy as needed to maximize reach and engagement.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and ad placements, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of all Social Media Giants
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize engaging, brand-integrated lifestyle content.
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
