Influencer Manager

I'm looking for an Influencer Manager.
The job of the Influencer Manager will be to acquire and manage Instagram influencers that will promote goodnightreads.com.
The Influencer Manager will be paid a flat $20 per children's book author/influencer.
Requirements for Instagram influencers:
1. They must be an English children’s author.
2. They must have over 1,000 followers on Instagram.
3. They must post about goodnightreads.com and tag @goodnightreadslcc at least once per month on Instagram.
4. They must sign up for an author account on goodnightreads.com and upload at least one book.
What the Influencer Manager can offer influencers:
1. A free monthly subscription to goodnightreads.com (a $10/month value) as long as they continue to post at least once per month. In order to get this offer, they will need to create an author account on goodnightreads.com. And then the Influencer Manager will need to give me their name or email address so I can credit their account.
2. A monthly recurring commission of 40% of each subscription from any author they bring to goodnightreads.com. In order to get this offer, they will need to sign up to be an affiliate partner and get a custom tracking link through https://app.getreditus.com/marketplace/goodnightreads.
