Increase instragram account

I am looking for an experienced social media specialist to help me increase my Instagram account. Currently, I have less than 1000 followers, and my goal is to reach a following of 5000-10,000. My posts are primarily business-related, including products, services, and other company-based information. The strategist I hire must be able to produce high-quality content that captures my target audience. Are target base is niche and we need someone who unstands us and posts only relevant content.
