$35/ Hour Multi-Platform Social Media Manager
Budget: $34 – $35 USD
OVERVIEW:
Hello and welcome! We are looking for a creative, sharp, detail-oriented social media manager to create & schedule weekly social media content in order to skyrocket growth for four of our brand social media accounts across:
• YouTube shorts
• Instagram
• Linkedin
• X (Twitter)
• Pinterest
• Facebook Page & Groups
Our brand account tags are listed below:
@HobartsAbroad (Travel content)
@SumnerHobart (eCommerce education)
@Prazoli (eCommerce products)
@KoalaKloud (Travel products + content)
WEEKLY TASKS:
• Creating & editing educational vertical content from long-form YouTube videos using Opus Clip
• Creating travel-related vertical content from scratch using CapCut
• Developing & posting polls for IG stories, Linkedin, YouTube, Facebook and X (Twitter)
• Create cleaver, accurate and social media-optimized captions with proper hashtags
• Scheduling content across 6 social media platforms for 4 brands.
• Stay on top of viral trends and implement with content
• Staying on top of daily & weekly tasks
• Daily social media account moderation
• Curating a monthly report detailing key growth metrics with action steps to further improve growth
• Monthly competitor analysis - what are others doing that we could be doing better?
RATE: $35/ hour
HOURS: 12 - 15 hours/ week
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years as a social media manager. (If you are not - don’t apply)
• Must speak fluent English
• Proven client growth results
• Extreme attention to detail
• Doesn’t write generic, run-of-the-mill captions like every other SMM
• Must have a creative eye to publish stunning & flawless vertical videos
• Works efficiently but not slopily
• Familiarity using social media scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc
• MUST have experience creating & editing vertical videos (i.e reels, shorts, TikToks, etc)
• Must have experience creating stunning graphics
• Must have expertise with caption and hashtag creation
PROVIDED:
• Video & written training on how to use all tools and our most current strategy
• Clear weekly checklist
• Customized daily schedule - as long as content gets posted at optimal hours, you choose your schedule
• Access to Later scheduling tool
• Access to Opus Clips tool for creating vertical content from long-form YouTube videos
