Hiring freelancers to drive traffic to our affiliate link

I am looking to hire 1-3 freelancers to build awareness of our affiliate link and drive traffic to it through posting on social media. I am hoping to find trustworthy and experienced freelance professionals who are resourceful and able to complete this assignment without any additional funds. The freelancers will have the primary objective of spreading the word about our affiliate link through the means of social media channels. Ultimately, I am looking to raise the visibility and online presence of our link to a much wider audience than we currently have.
