Hiring: Short-Form Video Editor for Circus & Theater Content (7 Reels per Week)
Budget: $60 – $80 USD
-We are looking for a creative and reliable video editor to produce 7 short-form videos per week from our professional circus and live theater footage.
-Our goal is to build community, increase engagement, and grow our audience on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Responsibilities:
• Edit 7 vertical reels per week (9:16 format)
• Each video 15–45 seconds
• Add dynamic captions and subtitles
• Create strong hooks in the first 2–3 seconds
• Use engaging cuts, transitions, and music
• Deliver ready-to-post MP4 files
• One minor revision round included
We will provide raw footage and direction.
You must be able to creatively transform the material into engaging social content.
Requirements:
• Experience editing short-form content for social media
• Understanding of viral structure and audience retention
• Clean and dynamic subtitle design
• Fast turnaround and good communication
• Portfolio or examples of previous reels
Compensation:
Fixed weekly payment: $60–80 USD per week for 7 reels.
Long-term collaboration possible if performance is strong.
