I am looking for an experienced Reddit Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Reddit. The goal is to drive high-quality traffic, leads, or conversions through strategic and cost-effective Reddit ad campaigns.
Scope of Work:
Full setup and management of Reddit Ads campaigns using Reddit Ads Manager.
Create, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns with different objectives (Traffic, Conversions, Video Views, etc.).
Precise audience targeting: subreddit targeting, keyword targeting, interest-based targeting, and custom/lookalike audiences.
Develop high-performing ad creatives — write compelling, native-style ad copy that fits Reddit’s community-driven culture (avoid salesy or overly promotional tone).
Design or brief visuals and formats that perform well on Reddit (images, carousels, video ads, etc.).
Daily/weekly optimization: bid management, A/B testing, scaling winning campaigns, pausing underperformers, and budget allocation.
Provide clear performance reports including CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, ROAS, and other key metrics.
Continuous strategy improvement based on data and Reddit platform updates.
Requirements:
Strong proven experience specifically with Reddit Ads (must have managed real campaigns and budgets — please share results).
Deep understanding of Reddit’s advertising rules, subreddit dynamics, and what makes ads successful on the platform.
Ability to create authentic, conversational ad copy and visuals that resonate with Reddit users.
Experience in niche targeting and optimizing for cost-effective traffic or conversions.
Proficiency with Reddit Ads Manager, tracking tools (Google Analytics, pixels, UTM parameters), and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
Previous experience in finance, investing, e-commerce, SaaS, or similar competitive niches is a big plus.
Collaboration Details:
Long-term cooperation (minimum 3 months, with potential for extension).
I will provide the advertising budget, campaign goals, and landing page/target links.
