Helping a single mom fix her home

One of my friends was displaced out of her house due to a fire in the Attic apparently the insurance lapsed at the end of the year of 2022 I'm trying to find a way to help raise money to repair the damages at first it was 10,000 to replace the electrical and get it reworking again but upon further inspection of the damages one of the rooms looks like the ceiling might collapse and now the estimated damages are about 30,000 I'm just trying to figure out a way to help her get back into her home
