Help with creating a brand and a social media strategy

I do not have a company to promote, but I'm going to release a song on Spotify and need to create an artist profile/a brand on social media to start with. After that I'd need some help with creating a strategy for how to reach out to my target group over time and keep them engaged using interesting content and the right type of actions.
So number 1. creating a brand/an artist profile (depending on your specialisation) and 2. social media strategy.
