Help me develop my Facebook Strategy

I need someone who is well versed in Facebook marketing to help me with the below tasks to help me make a decision about how best to market my business:

1) Help me understand the cost per click for a form based marketing campaign on Facebook where the client upon seeing our post can enquire further and fill out an application form to be contacted by us
2) Help me understand costs so that if someone views my website, it will also show on their feed
3) Help me understand costs that if someone looks for promotional products, my site will show on their feed regardless of visiting my site or not- I believe you would need to set up pixels and lookalike audiences

Help me set up any of the above based options once costs have been approved. This includes filling out all applications, inserting content and teaching us how to access the data and analytics.
